Our rules of engagement:
Can Luki is a romantic finca for 6 (+2) people.
We offer 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms
In the main season (June until October) we rent out the whole finca per week, usually from Saturday till Saturday.
Our check-ins are at 16:00 hours local time and check-outs at 11:00.
Off-season, we only offer our small suite for rental. It is suitable for up to 2 adults (and +2 kids on a sofa-bed). The suite can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights.
Long-term rentals are possible upon request.
Your booking of the whole finca is guaranteed after a 50% down-payment. The remainder of 50% is due 45 days before the stay.
Our weekly rates include the end-cleaning after check-out. If you rent more than one week, a once per week cleaning and a change of towels and bed laundry is included
A €3,000 security deposit (less than 0,1% of the property value) is requested and returned within one week after check-out.
We usually have a no-pet policy during high season. For long-term rentals, we can make an exception.
